Service Type and Availability
We offer website development, software and POS solutions, AI services, digital marketing services, training programmes, certification support and related digital services. All published services are subject to availability, scope confirmation and payment verification.
Orders and Payment
An order is treated as confirmed only after successful payment verification and acceptance by Eurosia Technologies. Pricing, scope and delivery time are based on the package selected by the customer. Any additional scope or revision beyond the agreed package may require a revised timeline and charge.
Standard Delivery Time
- Training, certification, AI and digital marketing services: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Website development projects: project kickoff within 1-3 business days and initial delivery or first review within 7-15 business days.
- Software, ERP and POS projects: project kickoff within 1-3 business days and initial delivery or first review within 5-10 business days.
- If any hardware is sold with an order, delivery inside Bangladesh normally takes 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact information, content, approvals and any required project inputs on time. Delay in client-side approval or missing inputs may extend the service timeline.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled before work starts, subject to payment gateway deductions and administrative review. Once work has started or access has been delivered, cancellation and refund rights may be limited.
Prohibited Services
Eurosia Technologies does not offer lottery, coin, gift card, gaming wallet, stored-value wallet or any service prohibited by Bangladesh Bank or applicable law through this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any compliance or service dispute will be handled under applicable Bangladeshi law.
